3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. All purchases are subject to confirmation by email.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching Sessions

• If Elena cancels a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products (eBooks and Downloadable Resources)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and downloadable resources are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, except where required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

5. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy.
